Job Description
You will assist with the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific Beauty projects ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments and goals. There is no time for hesitation as you will have the chance to really make an impact on the implementation of beauty projects ranging from 1,500sq.ft up to a 10,000sq.ft.
We are looking for someone to support with delivering projects by working with the consulting and contracting teams with effective planning and implementation. You will be the key interface between projects, commercial, marketing, VM and retail teams. As well as brand partners and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and coordination of projects.
This is an opportunity to assist in the development of project programs and overall strategy planning, along with participating in the management of project budgets and tracking project deliverables. This will involving monitoring and reporting on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience with Project Management/Contract Administration
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project planning
Experience in retail planning is desirable but not essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, confident, opportunity seeker
Planning, organising and time management
Qualifications - Project Management methodology i.e. Prince2, Lean, Champs etc. (desirable not essential)
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
Experience of Microsoft Project (desirable but not essential)
Experience of InDesign (desirable but not essential)
