Your Team

You'll be leading a team of designers, art directors, and videographers – everyone who's involved in the creative space. Your new colleagues are a curious, quick-thinking, and open-minded bunch who work toward one goal: To spread the word of Frontify – a home for brands.

Your Mission

As a Creative Design Director with impeccable visual skills and design experience, you'll build a fresh global visual identity that caters to an audience of brand-builders, creatives, and designers. You possess a strong design toolbox and can thrive in a diverse culture of global brand builders. You're a fun and flawed human being who likes to shake things up and color outside of the lines. We're not looking for a perfect corporate drone.

Leading a team of professional creatives, you'll be impacting all aspects of branding design – from building a bold and cohesive visual identity to crafting impactful marketing campaigns in competitive contexts. Ultimately, making bold design choices, creating outstanding visuals, and inspiring your team will be at the core of everything you do.

Your Story

• You’re able to join Frontify at our office in the London or St. Gallen area or join remotely from Stockholm, Berlin, or Amsterdam with the possibility to visit our office in St. Gallen or London every now and then.
• You are creative to the core and have been part of crafting and strengthening outstanding visual identities for beloved brands, or, in other words, have around 10 years of experience in the creative field – while part of it has been working in-house. Experiences in branding software, services or other intangibles, or services aimed at the marketing community is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You’re a thought leader in the world of design: You follow all the new trends and are eager to take a hands-on approach to bring bold, new ideas to Frontify’s way of doing things.
• You’ve successfully led teams in the past where you spurred growth, nurtured talent development, and brought about real change.
• You’re enthusiastic and passionate about all things branding, so much so that you can already see yourself as a sparring partner to our Brand lead.
• You’re a strategic thinker who knows how to bring a vibrant, modern brand to life in bold and innovative ways.
• You know how to apply design thinking to strengthen or reimagine practices.
• You know good design is also about what we say – not just how it looks – and you’re excited to build on and improve our content strategy.
• You’re an effective communicator who feels comfortable – or even enjoys – challenging internal and external stakeholders about all things creative.
• Your written, verbal, and visual communication skills are clear and effective. You speak English fluently.
