Role Overview & Specifications
Bar Manager required for busy golf club on the outskirts of York.
Main duties will be to ensure the smooth running of the bar and front of house team.
Liaise daily with chefs regarding daily menus.
Setting up and running of functions from golf groups to black tie dinners.
Order and stock control, line cleaning and general cellar maintenance
Staff rotas
Building security
Attention to detail within the Clubhouse.

Salary: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
