Being a General Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs is all about bringing our brands to life by creating amazing experiences and driving performance through the recruitment, development and leadership of an engaged and talented team. In short, you'll be the number one ambassador for creating a culture of happiness for your customers and your team.

About The Role

City Centre of Oxford

High Street Business - located opposite the theatre

Business set over 2 floors & has a function room for additional capacity

Busy lunchtime trade & early evening trade throughout the week with theatre goers

Busy with sport - the business has many screens - full sport package


High energy on weekends - DJ etc -


Full PLT in place

Full BOH team in place

I require a GM who can drive this popular city centre business & put it back on the map


They will require great leadership skills - a passion for customers - a drive to grow their team - BE A NINJA for atmosphere management - attention to detail & want to have fun

You'll be passionate about creating amazing experiences and be up to date with all things hospitality.

You're great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills

You'll make great things happen by thinking differently and doing the right thing

You'll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment

You'll love winning and celebrating success, but you'll be humble enough to learn from your mistakes
