Service Desk Analyst

A rapidly expanding MGA have a new opening for a Claims Operations Technician. As a Claims Operations Technician your role will involve providing support to the claims team by ensuring that all processes are running efficiently.




You will be responsible for producing claims reports, such as the bordereaux, and for keeping the systems up to date. You will also assist with the handling of claims from a range of different classes of business in various countries, ensuring a high?quality service to policyholders, brokers, and capacity providers.




Applicants should have prior claims support experience.







Duties and Responsibilities




Process new claims notifications, collecting accurate information and documents Maintain up?to?date files relating to all claims


Produce the monthly bordereaux, which are provided to the binder brokers and capacity providers


Develop claims reports to e.g., monitor trends


Seek new, efficient processes for the claims team to work more productively Contacting and liaising with underwriters, brokers, and capacity providers, as well as other internal and external colleagues


Assist with the handling of claims efficiently on behalf of capacity providers Provide policy information and loss runs.


Ensure reserving is made accurately and on time


Build and maintain client relationships
