Our HR Service provides the framework and support enabling the effective management of the workforce in the provision of high quality services to the people of Hartlepool. We are a small but effective team offering a wide range of HR services across a multi-disciplined unionised environment.

The HR Officer role is essential in ensuring the coordination and effective delivery of HR services. Working in a great team environment and alongside experienced HR Advisors, the post offers an excellent development opportunity for exposure to all aspects of HR.

The successful candidate will need strong organisational skills, confidence and a positive attitude that embraces best HR practice. The qualification requirement is a minimum CIPD Foundation Level 3 Certificate in People Practice.
