Summary:
We are looking for the right individual to join our close-knit administration team in Sunderland. Working within the Sales team spread out across Europe, Middle East & Africa, you will be supporting them with duties such as pricing, lead time enquiries and order management. The role will consist of primarily handling all spare parts and complete product (compressors, dryers & filters) queries among other general administrative tasks.
The right candidate will be able to work independently, show initiative and be a go getter. The right candidate should be robust, capable of handling a challenging and fast pace environment.
Duties:
Reviewing orders for accuracy – checking pricing, availability of parts, billing & shipping address.
Order processing of spare parts and complete product orders using SAP ERP system
Configuring machines based on specifications provided by product specialists and distributors
Responding to pricing, lead time and general enquiries from existing and new customers
Liaising with various technical departments across multiple sites worldwide for assistance based on technical enquiries received from distributors
Notify customers on progress of orders and when ready to ship
Verifying documents package when orders are ready to ship
Investigating and resolving dispute resolutions (wrong part shipped, short shipment, damaged delivery)
Maintaining the ERP system up to date
Experience & Qualifications:
Excellent communicator & team player
Good IT skills required
Understanding/experience in international shipping
