Night Porter - 4* Star Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre

Salary/Benefits:£20,000-£23,000

The hospitality industry never sleeps, and we need someone to be always there for our guests. From late night check ins, impeccable late-night room service to public area cleanliness…a Night Auditor/Night Porter/Receptionist plays a vital role in making sure our guests have the best possible stay!

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the role:

• Completion of security walk rounds throughout the night


• Checking in and out of guests when required


• Preparation of food and drink as requested by guests to correct specification


• Ensuring public areas and corridors are free of dirty crockery, trays and glasses


• Ensuring that any late arrival guests are dealt with in a professional manner and roomed effectively


• To complete tasks as directed by the nights team task list


• Any additional tasks delegated by the Night Manager/Duty Manager


• Deliver any room service as ordered by our guests


• To ensure that any guests within the hotel are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
