We are not looking for specific care experience – your personal values, though, are critical- Tiptree, Kelvedon & surrounding villages
Excellent support and training given but being kind, caring and compassionate is essential.
Recruiting for part-time hours, and will include every other weekends- Great rates of pay £12 per hour of care plus travel time to visits, and 12% holiday pay accrued on all hours

- Paid Mileage 40p per mile

- Minimum call time of 1 hour
Qualifications
You will need a UK driving license and have the use of a car for work purposes
Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to listen, communicate clearly and build relationships with clients and their families in a friendly and pleasant manner- Willingness to work and communicate professionally with Home Instead Senior Care office teams and other social and health care professionals
Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own and who may have a range of medical conditions. Commitment to non-discriminatory care practice- This role will require you to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure from the relevant body
