Job Description

Are you an evening person? Want to make a real difference? Home Instead are looking for evening carers in the Guildford area. Joining our dynamic and supportive family of carers you will be providing a variety of non-medical care services to help our clients stay independent in their own home.

Our clients who need evening care will typically have a variety of complex needs so an empathetic approach and watchful eye are a must.

Typical duties involve but are not limited to

• 
  Visiting clients to provide companionship, home help, and personal care
• 
  To respond promptly to any assistance needed while respecting, at all times, the privacy, dignity and choice of the client
• 
  To prepare our clients evening meals
• 
  Readying clients for bed
• 
  To care for client during any illness and understand their specific needs

Due to our clients’ needs applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle.
