Aufgaben
- Managing the S/4HANA transformation from SAP ECC across multiple companies and ensuring a successful cloud migration
- Leading and developing the SAP Competence Centre, as well as building a motivated team with a strong willingness to embrace change and innovation
- Developing and optimising the SAP landscape to support business growth, new markets and innovative products
- Taking responsibility for the integration of SAP with relevant upstream and downstream systems, as well as the continuous improvement of interfaces and processes
- Identifying opportunities for the automation and standardisation of SAP processes and utilising modern S/4HANA functionalities
Qualifikation
- Several years’ experience in the SAP environment, particularly with S/4HANA and the FI/CO modules
- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the technical and managerial leadership of teams, as well as in the management of complex IT transformation projects
- Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with business units, management and C-level stakeholders
- A structured and entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a very good command of English; German proficiency would be beneficial
