Description

Data Coordinator will be responsible for control and accuracy of all static data changes within Vision software as well as for validating of on-going data integrity.




This person will be supporting the team mostly by performing tasks such as record keeping and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Main responsibilities of this role include:



  • Updating static data and actioning all new data set up to ensure that the data within the systems remains accurate and up to date.
  • Making sure that new parts are fully functional within the system.
  • Receiving, validating and actioning customer/supplier contract and static data changes.
  • Conducting the validation process and data audits as required.
  • Receiving, validating and updating data based on pricing files either from the customer or procurement departments.
  • Identifying and introducing any new validation checks required from system developments.
  • Implementing any new channels of communication required with relevant departments to improve an efficiency.
  • Participating in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.


The successful candidate will have:



  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Good Microsoft Office.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Some supply chain knowledge.
  • Motivation to learn.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Data entry and database experience will be plus.
