Purpose of the postThe IMA is seeking to hire administrators to fulfil roles across all functions and roles will be trained to be flexible in order to provide support to all teams in the IMA when needed.

Responsibilities
- Distributing information and communications in an appropriate manner.
- Preparing, maintaining and collating records, files and management information, in accordance with company procedures.
- Drafting and issuing correspondence to staff and general public.
- Collection and evaluation of data and information in order to support the delivery of required business outcomes.
- Performing general administrative duties at the request of managers.
- Inputting and maintaining effective records.
- Providing administrative support including organising meetings and managing diaries.
- Ensuring effective communication between the IMA and the MOJ and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals;
- A strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service and an ability to apply learning from previous experiences and on the job activities;
- Use and work on own initiative;
- Good level of IT skills including proficiency in MS Office Word, and basic skills in Excel.
