UX/UI Designer – Global SaaS Company – Up to £80,000 + Excellent Benefits – Fully Remote
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work with a well-established, rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service company that has a number of FTSE 100 clients! This is an excellent opportunity to be the first UX/UI Designer employed, you will help shape and craft the position to meet the demands of the business.
The successful candidate will have both UX and UI production skills and experience who is enthusiastic about all aspects of user experience design and implementation with an eye on continuous improvement.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Front-End delivery team lead
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners and front-end developers to develop and deliver a brand new user experience (and UI) on an exciting new project
- Owning processes from end to end across UX/UI Design
- Design wireframes that demonstrate navigation through a flow and a clear hierarchy within each layout
- Design new screens using components from an existing library
- Model user flows to demonstrate product functionality
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in owning an end to end design process
- Strong knowledge of Figma and the best practices for managing design files and libraries
- Comfortable managing and developing an existing design system
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Browsers, Mobile Browser
- Experience working on B2B enterprise-grade applications or solutions
- Experience of working within WCAG AA accessibility standard
- Understanding & experience of the technical considerations & limitations in implementing your designs
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience working on or around a SaaS-based no or low code application/platform
Package:
- Basic salary paying up to £80,000 (depending on skills and experience)
