Full-time, permanent

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm OR 8.00am to 5.00pm (42.5 hours).

Key responsibilities of the role

• Scheduling and organising for maintenance of our products for our customers


• Working with the Engineering Team to discuss timings on when they can go see customers and looking after their diary


• Scheduling routes for the maintenance team to visit customers


• Working on planned and reactive maintenance projects


• Giving information to engineers to prepare for visits


• Liaise with customers directly to organise engineer visits


• Manage engineer feedback and calculate the number of visits achieved each day / week


• Scheduling engineers to ensure maximum fuel efficiency across their travels


• Update systems


• Maintaining precise response time

Essential skills and capabilities needed

• Having great geographical knowledge (the South of the UK specifically)


• Good IT skills


• Strong organisational skills


• Diary / route management experience


• Experience with MS Office and other software such as ERP & CRM
