Job Description

All isolved associates contribute to a positive work environment that is solution-oriented. The primary intent of the position is to audit active FSA and Cobra clients to ensure they are being invoiced and that the invoice is set up for AR debit. The most used method for auditing is through a combination of Excel files. The Specialist would work closely with the Finance Department.

Core Job Duties

Extract client information from filesValidate service offering (FSA - COBRA) is active and has activityValidate invoice was created for each product offeringValidate the funds were collectedMaintain accurate files and folders in BOX (client data, product offering, invoice data)Other projects as assigned by the Treasury Management Team

Minimum Qualifications

Highschool educationIntermediate Excel ExperienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented person with strong organizational skillsStrong technical and\/or PC savvy background is preferred
