NIGHTSHIFT SUPERVISOR

37.5 Hours

5 days over 7.

Duties include:

• The day to day operations and supervision of all staff. Focusing on their performance in terms of standards and delivery
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensuring that a first-class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility.
• Ensure an accurate flow of communication in the day to day service delivery of the contract
• Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
• Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Supervisor/Line Manager
• Use of Microsoft office suite and other IT applications to facilitate reporting training and other key operational requirements
• Carry out and follow up on regular audits as required by the business
• Document, Produce and present information relating to audits conducted to all levels of the business and ensure delivery of rectifications.

Cleaning experience & food safety knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
