Iventis’ main office is in Lincoln (East Midlands - UK). This role can be remote, with occasional travel to Iventis’ offices or another locations for in-person meetings. About The Role
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to join our growing, innovative company. You will be helping to further develop our products by performing research/gathering feedback, designing wireframes/prototypes and producing designs and graphic content.
Responsibilities
Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
Understand user’s needs and jobs to be done
Create journey maps, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes
Conduct ongoing user research and gather feedback
Collaborate closely and effectively with product and engineering teams
Contribute to company graphic standards and guidelines
Maintain the design and component libraries
Prepare designs for development
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented correctly
About You
2 + years of previous digital design experience in an agile environment with a portfolio that showcases your process
An expert in user-centric design and best practices
Deep experience with prototyping, using tools such as Figma/Sketch/Framer
Be familiar with using, creating, updating and maintaining Design Systems
Understand and use atomic design principles
Awareness of accessible design standards/best practices
Know how to get the best results from analysing both qualitative and quantitative user data
Strong attention to interaction design & detail and a keen eye for aesthetics (general graphic design skills/interest would be a bonus)
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with other disciplines
Excellent communication skills.
