We are looking for a Part-time Barista to join our growing team with two Specialty Coffee Shops in London. We opened in 2019 with core focus on sustainability & serving banging coffee from UK based coffee Roasters. Technical Skills
- operate standard café machines along with dial-in, shot assessment and extraction through various brewing techniques.
- follow maintenance and cleaning procedures of all café equipment
- texture dairy and non-dairy alternatives to create latte art
- operate POS and monitor inventory
- ability to get to the coffee shop in early mornings
