Location: based out of Ashby de la Zouch (we operate a hybrid/dynamic working approach)

The scope of this role means you will need to travel to other locations approx.2-3 days per month

As our Learning & Development Lead, you'll lead the L&D agenda across KP working in partnership with the Head of OD & Talent, the HR Leadership team and factory leadership teams,

We're looking for someone to shape, deliver, embed and continuously improve our L&D strategy, frameworks and solutions and ensure KP Snacks continues to evolve with well-motivated, highly skilled and high-performing colleagues.

The essential experience or knowledge you need to be able to demonstrate:

• 
  Leading L&D agenda and plan across Manufacturing and Factory operations or similar
• 
  Influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
• 
  Leading in a matrix organisation
• 
  Learning & Development frameworks, standards and solution design and delivery
• 
  Learning Management Systems – content curation, design and management, reporting, monitoring, and enhancing (either hands on or via management of third-party systems integrators)
• 
  Management/ Leadership development design and delivery
