Site Manager

Labour Hire are looking for a SITE MANAGER for a well-established company in NEW MALDEN

About You:

• 
  High work ethic & team player
• 
  Punctual & reliable
• 
  Flexible approach
• 
  CSCS card required
• 
  SMSTS required
• 
  A valid first aid certificate is essential
• 
  Experience managing an office refurbishment is essential
• 
  5 years experience as a site manager
• 
  A Russian speaker is essential

About the:

• 
  Daily rate: £250 per day
• 
  Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm Friday 8am – 3pm.
• 
  Working on a residential site
• 
  You will be supervising site, ordering deliveries, liaising with bona fide - subcontractors and labour only subcontractors.
• 
  Being able to plan and instruct labour only subcontractors how to carry out construction work – understanding building regs.
• 
  More onsite construction experience, rather than office paperwork.
• 
  Free parking available
• 
  Start: ASAP
