Role Overview & Specifications

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our growing team. You will be working directly with the Operations Manager and Directors to ensure the smooth running of our finance function in order to support our expanding operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating across Laurelo Ltd and all its financial interests
  • Raise invoices
  • Complete data entry in Xero
  • Raise invoices
  • Track debits and maintain and monitor financial records
  • Raise and set up payment of invoices for approval
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Create and update spread sheets for business pipeline
  • Monitor money in client accounts, update records and client files
  • Prepare tax and VAT returns for our accountants/Directors sign off
  • Liaise and monitor with Directors over budget
  • Prepare tax and VAT returns for our accountants sign off
  • Ensure all invoices and liabilities are paid on time
  • Prepare twice weekly payment run for approval
  • Any other duties, as directed
Hours:28 hours per week (Flexible working hours)

Salary

Pro rata £28k/annum

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (required)
  • bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
