We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our flagship HQ location. Are you an innovative self-starter with a genuine passion for food and service excellence? The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to drive the retail offer, which includes a staff restaurant and public facing cafe. Industry experience at supervisory level is essential, but we want you to make the role your own.

Your key responsibilities as the Retail Supervisor are to:

• To manage and drive a café, staff restaurant and vending operation
• 
  To work as part of a management team supporting the Retail Manager / Deputy General Manager to manage a multi-stakeholder client relationship
• 
  To innovate both our service and food offer across the retail operation

Shift Pattern; 40 hours, Monday- Friday

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from a Retail Supervisor include:

• Industry experience in a department supervisory role
• 
  Excellent organisational and communication skills
• 
  Ability to manage, develop and build a team
• 
  A self-starter with a passion for food and beverage excellence
