Trainee IT Support Technician

Job Introduction



We are currently recruiting for a Trainee IT Support Technician to join our busy IT Department at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon.



Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm or 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.



Role and Responsibilities



Troubleshooting & resolving 1 st Line IT issues.



Setting up user logins for in house systems and creating ID cards for new staff



Closing down access for staff who are leaving



Logging and routing IT support calls



Ensuring the internal company directory is kept up to date



Administering internal systems to assist in the smooth running of the department day-to-day



About You



All training will be provided, no previous IT experience is necessary.



Experience of data entry will be advantageous, as would a keen interest in IT / Technology.



You will need to work well to tight deadlines and have a keen eye for detail.
