This post represents an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the largest primary schools in Redbridge, serving a vibrant, supportive, multicultural community. We are a school that continuously strives to ensure that all our children, who are at the heart of everything we do, are provided with outstanding learning experiences.


As an Office Manager, your role will be to play a key role in supporting the management of the Administration function in our school. This will involve working under the guidance of the School Business Manager and Upper Leadership Team and within an agreed system of supervision, to provide a front of house, welcoming face of the school. This will involve ensuring the office and administration function is answering telephones, relaying messages to class teachers and parents and greeting and directing visitors. Assisting the Admissions and Attendance officers in managing the admissions process, accurately monitoring attendance and identifying strategies to improve pupil and overall attendance, assisting clerical staff in recording pupil data, dinner registers and monitoring stock, stationary and resource levels. You will be required to administer first aid, accurately recording treatment and relaying any messages to parents.
