As a Spa Therapist your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for spa treatment consultations and identification of possible contra-indications
- Responsible for performing beauty & body therapy treatments, massage and specialised treatments for guests to the required standards
- Responsible for after care advice for the member or guest
- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programmes, promotions and/or discounts available
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Essential:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a spa therapy/ aesthetician position in a 5-star environment
- NVQ Level 3 & above in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
- An engaging, professional and fun demeanour
- Enthusiastic to engage in regular training and development programs for the spa
Salary: £12.79 per hour
