An exciting opportunity has just arisen in the Delta hotels by Marriott, Bristol City Centre as a front office manager.

Our 300 bedroom conference hotel is based in the heart of Bristol and as the biggest Delta hotel in the UK, serves travellers from across the globe. Our newly re-branded hotel will also be undergoing a state of the art full hotel refurbishment this year and the front office manager will be part of an exciting team to help with this transition.

The front office manager reports into the hotel manager and as a department head, directs and works with managers and team members to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and host satisfaction and maximise the financial performance of the department.

What we are looking for;

• Proven experience in a hospitality managerial role
  
• Front desk experience
  
• Opera experience
