Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities :

• Perform Human Resources & recruiting functions for UK and countries across Europe
• 
  Build rapport and develop and maintain talent pools for networking of prospective candidates.
• 
  Sourcing candidates including placing advertisements in various locations; screening resumes, arranging and conducting phone and in-person interviews, onboarding new employees
• 
  Generating employment contracts and managing Human Resources processes
• 
  Processing employee changes in the HRIS
• 
  Handling employee questions and enquiries

Other general Human Resources Generalist tasks and supporting project work

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree
• 
  CIPD qualified;
• 
  Recruiting experience required,
• 
  Prior relevant work experience required;
• 
  Ability to work office-based;
• 
  Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• 
  Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.
• 
  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
