Working Monday to Friday on double days shifts 1 week 06.00am - 14.00pm and then 1 week 14.00pn - 22.00pm. You will be Implementing, auditing and continually improving the Quality Assurance System providing Technical Support to the Production, Maintenance and Hygiene teams. Ensuring that products are produced safely to meet customer quality standards and legislative requirements consistently. Ensuring that processes are in place to enable corrective action to be taken to ensure products are maintained within specification.

What you’ll need

• Knowledge of HACCP, BRC Standards, Food Legislation, Food Hygiene
• Communication and interpersonal skill, though cross-functional teams and departments
• Initiative, self-motivated, assertive, tenacious, well organised, influencing skills
