What we are looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our Customer Service Team . Previous customer service experience is required. Hours to be worked Monday to Friday 8.30 -5pm with an hour for lunch. Immediate start. We are an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons. Salary to be reviewed after 3 months.
Main duties- Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers/ our distributors regarding orders placed
- Processing orders using an in house system
- Maintaining excellent standards of customer service
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Must have previous experience in a customer service-based role
- Able to work at a fast pace, but also maintain a high standard of quality
- Have excellent written & verbal communication and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £21,255.00 per year
