We're looking for a Business Development Intern who wants to learn how a fast-growing, tech-driven brokerage actually wins business. You'll sit close to the commercial engine — research, outreach, pipeline, partnerships — and see deals come together from the first signal to the signed mandate.

Aufgaben
- Read the market — hunt down owners, brands, and expansion signals before the competition does
- Build and maintain our prospect lists and keep the CRM sharp, clean, and current — the foundation of every deal we close
- Get outreach moving — draft, send, and follow up on email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand the hottest ones to our brokers
- Arm the team — help prepare pitch materials, market maps, and account briefs
- Track what's working and share it — you'll see the numbers, not just guess
Qualifikation
- Currently studying or recently graduated — business, economics, real estate, or a field you can make a case for
- A clear interest in sales, business development, or commercial real estate
- Strong organization and attention to detail — you keep things tidy and on track
- German-native speaker and fluent in english
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, LinkedIn) and quick to learn new ones
- Proactive, reliable, and hungry to take on real work
- Available for a 3–6 month internship, on-site in Berlin
