UX Researcher

• 3 month contract
• Up to £450 p/d
• 100% REMOTE

• Designing end-to-end-centered services
• Applying a design-lead approach to solve client problems and suggesting alternative strategies
• Designing, facilitating and reporting on all types on user research methods
• Running workshops/ focus groups, user testing
• Owning and creating high quality deliverables (personas, user journey maps, experience maps)
• Supporting continual education of UX through training of junior staff
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG 2.1
