Key holding and general shift management

• Experience in people management, leadership and direction


• Communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty from peers and team


• The ability to prioritise workloads while balancing the multiskilled teams deployment in a multilevel

site

• A commercially minded approach to retail


• The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and to promote the benefits of change to those around you


• Previous retail experience is ideal but not essential


• Samsung eco system and a love for all things tech


• Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning
