Job Description
Architectural Technician, Bristol £30k - £40k DOEExciting and rare opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a well reputable Architectural consultancy within Bristol city centre.
As market leaders within BIM you will need to be proficient and have worked on live projects within Revit, you will be able to work independently on drawing packages on occasions with some supervision.
This opportunity comes with an excellent benefits such as flexibility, friendly social environment, competitive salary with regular reviews and career progression. The consultancy works across the public and private sector through all RIBA stages and projects range from £1m - £50m.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Experience in Revit is preferred however not essential
A thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations is essential (to include all stages of the RIBA plan of works)
It is preferable that the candidate has some UK based experience
Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Qualification in Architectural Technology or another relevant course would be desirable
Produce detailed drawings
Attend regular meetings and site visits
Prepare and develop planning and construction drawings, surveys, plans, specifications, drawings and images
