**Possible future training contract**My client, a fantastic regional firm with a great reputation are looking for an experienced corporate and/or general commercial paralegal to join their friendly team.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and have experience in providing legal assistance in a range of areas such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder arrangements, or commercial contracts, disputes etc.
Salary negotiable (and competitive) depending on experience, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to continue to build a career in a highly successful and supportive commercial or corporate department.
The firm only offers training contracts to their internal paralegals, and generally after 1 years’ service so this is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door.
