Puraffinity Ltd is a rapidly growing start-up company. We are driven and strive to solve the global problem of toxic forever chemicals in water, working on several water treatment projects in parallel with an eye to develop sustainable solutions. We work collaboratively and value the opinion of every team member. Our mission is focused on protecting environmental and human health.

We are looking for a Health & Safety Consultant to work with us on a short-term basis. The project will involve:

• 
  Auditing our H&S policies and procedures (with respect to current legislation) to identify any gaps


• Provide advice to the HSE team on best practice


• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation


• Auditing our SOPs, risk assessments, COSHH forms


• Creating authorisation and audit frameworks for key documents

This project will initially be high volume with setting up and creating processes. Once the initial stage has been completed, we would be working with the consultant on an ad hoc basis as required.

We are looking to work with a consultant who has proven experience working in a similar role and has a strong working knowledge of the health and safety requirement within a laboratory and office setting.
