Requirements

Good understanding of Agile

Manual testing

Scripting and execution

Creation and development of test scripts, processes and strategies

Defect management

Testing tools such as JIRA

Working with the Test Team and engaging with customers, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure IT delivery and testing is focused on meeting the requirements of the business.

Run a number of test assignments, using the agreed processes and procedures and meeting the business expectations of time cost and quality, dealing with issues in a timely manner.

Participates in requirement, design and specification reviews to validate and verify the completeness, accuracy and testability of test basis artefacts

Verifies content of test scripts based on the test basis artefacts, confirms the test script objectives provide the required test coverage and report any non-conformity to test coverage

Agree the tests to be witnessed, participates in witnessing of the agreed tests and reports any deviation from the expected outcome

Agree the tests to be verified, verifies the test evidence for completeness and accuracy and reports any deviation from the test objective and expected outcome

Verifies testing issues for completeness, accuracy and quality, and to ensure correct severity and priority has been allocated based on business impact and impact to testing respectively

Daily interactions with service providers to assure progress, reporting accuracy, and escalation where required
