About the role:
Would you like to head up and lead one of the most exciting brands to hit the UK and Irish markets, in the world of dispute resolution? Would you like to be responsible for developing a brand that becomes recognised as the leading Dispute Resolution provider to the construction, home improvement and renewable energy sectors?

Reporting into the CEO of QASSS, you will be responsible for running our Dispute Assist division, ensuring the brand continues to grow by delivering fast and fair resolutions in both B2C and B2B scenarios. You will need to be able to develop new business, understand the world of digital marketing and have a real grounding in operational leadership too.
Your organisation will be supported by the larger QASSS organisation but a lot of the key decision making will come down to you and your growing team.

What you will be doing:
Aside from the above, and supporting different parts of the company, life at QASSS will look a little something like this:
βͺ Develop and execute the brandβs business strategies to attain the goals of the wider QASSS company
βͺ Provide strategic advice to the QASSS board to give an accurate view of the market and the brandβs future
βͺ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
βͺ Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
βͺ Develop new business, taking the commercial lead and ensuring our services to both buyers and sellers in dispute, are market leading and scalable
βͺ Identify new potential markets or territories to expand our services into, ensuring robust business cases are in place ready for approval
βͺ Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
βͺ Oversee the companyβs financial performance
βͺ Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of leaders providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
βͺ Be the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
βͺ Analyse problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
βͺ Ensure a positive work environment and we stay true to our wider company values
Who we are looking for:
If you can do the above, you are what we want! Here are some further pointers about what youβll need to bring to the table:
βͺ Proven experience as a Managing Director or Departmental/Divisional Director
βͺ Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans
βͺ Excellent and demonstrable business development experience, including both private and public sector client acquisition
βͺ Strong knowledge of digital transformation and driving new online business, with demonstrable experience in e-commerce, automating sales, marketing and operational processes
βͺ Strong experience in marketing techniques and strategy
βͺ Excellent organisational and leadership skills
βͺ Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
βͺ Comfortable with public speaking
βͺ Strong experience in P & L management and reporting
βͺ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
βͺ A natural ability to collaborate with peers, with plenty of humility
βͺ BSc/BA in business administration or similar field; MSc/MA will be preferred
βͺ Familiarity with the dispute resolution, construction, retail, utilities or automotive sectors will be an advantage but not essential
