As a Care Assistant youβll be caring for older people in their own homes, supporting them in all sorts of ways, such as taking them out and about, to doing the weekly shop, from medication support to personal and dementia care, itβs all similar to what youβd expect to provide for your own family and loved ones.

You donβt need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care team in Chester as a care assistant. A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care, youβll get all the practical training you need. You will need a UK driverβs licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
Weβd also love to hear from you if youβve got previous care experience in roles such as caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer and care home worker.
