PMO Analyst – Birmingham – Permanent Position: PMO Analyst Location: Birmingham Contract: 12 Months FTC Hours: Full Time Salary/Benefits: £45,000

Role Details – PMO Analyst
We are currently looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a legal and professional services provider based in Birmingham on an FTC.

The PMO Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and reporting of a range of programmes and projects for a 12-month fixed term. You will support the Head of Solution Delivery in maximising value of resource in the delivery of our project portfolio. This role will see you have a particular focus on delivering IT capabilities and projects

Key responsibilities of the PMO Analyst

• Tracking project and programme information to ensure that projects stay on track and enabling project teams to work efficiently and effectively.
  
• Analysing project data to form recommendation to form thinking of improved project delivery practices. Supporting the project/change sponsor in writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements
• Creating monthly portfolio reporting pack to deliver to senior management Supporting test plan creation and execution as part of release management of change
• Ad hoc programme/project level support
• Managing Portfolio critical path

Key skills required of the PMO Analyst

• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  
• Project planning, estimation, and contract management skills.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability maintain relationship with senior stakeholders
