The Role

As a Product Designer at Robin AI, your role will be to understand, define, design and validate the problems that the legal industry has learned to live with. You will work closely with two other product designers and the entire company to deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly, machine learning-powered software that makes lives easier for anyone who uses our solution. You will spend time interviewing and analysing insights from users inside and outside of the business. You will then work to define areas of disruption and look to design solutions that cater to those needs. You will champion data-driven decision making, grounded in experimentation, evidence and user interaction You will consistently be looking for ways to make the design team ‘best-in-class’ and will have a real opportunity to influence the growth of the team.

Tech Stack

Our design team have curated a set of tools that allow us to work collaboratively and transparently. We use Figma and FigJam for everything design related. We utilise Maze and Dovetail to conduct and store our interviews, research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

Talk to customers to gather feedback and establish a deep understanding of customer pain points and opportunities

Participate and/or lead ideation workshops with cross-functional teams

Identify user types, scenarios, journeys, flow/decision maps and produce the relevant documentation to convey this vision

Design solutions to put those learnings into action

Work to validate those designs and concepts with users

Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the design deliverables are achieved

Your Skills

You will have at least 5 years of experience in a Product Design/User Experience role

You will have excellent written and communication skills

You will have experience working with design systems

You have a design portfolio that tells a clear and compelling story about your work history and extensive research and design skills

You are comfortable working autonomously

You have experience working in Agile project cycles
