The Role

Robin AI is looking for an accomplished Senior Customer Success Manager (Revenue) to join our rapidly expanding team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record in revenue growth and customer management to drive the development of our customer success function. As a Senior Customer Success Manager (Revenue), you will be responsible for the immediate account growth of our existing customer base. This will require strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and a self-starter mentality. You will collaborate with others to create and implement new processes that improve customer experience and track relevant usage metrics.

Collaborate with the team on strategy for the Customer Success function

Assist in establishing clear processes for account reviews, renewal, and growth

Manage and oversee customer onboarding

Promote the value of the Robin AI platform to customers

Assist in upselling Robin's products and services to customers

Help create training courses and educational materials to support customer education

Coordinate with the senior leadership team and wider go-to-market team on core customer success metrics and performance







Your Skills

Have 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success.

Demonstrate deep customer empathy and excellent communication skills

Translate customer feedback into product requirements

Constantly seek ways to improve processes and demonstrate strong organizational skills

Successful track record in customer success for B2B software products

Use data to aid decision-making whenever possible

Experienced in handling uncertainty and risk in on-boarding customers to new software products

Pay attention to detail in all aspects of work.





Compensation @ Robin AI


Salary

£60,000-£70,000
