Job description

We have an excellent opportunity to join the Traffic and Transportation team as a Public Transport Planner. You will be working as part of a small, but ambitious team.

The work is varied and will involve responding to enquiries from members of the public and Councillors as well as supporting the Public Transport Manager with the development of public transport services. Other duties will include gathering operator data and using insights to make reccomendations for improvements as well as writing guidance, promotional materials and project updates as appropriate.

This is an exciting time to be joining us, as transport and infrastructure will be at the heart of our borough's ambitious plans for sustainable growth helping to deliver new homes and jobs.

We do offer a hybrid pattern of working, giving you the flexibility to regularly choose between working from home or from our offices.
