The Role: Client Success Summer Intern

The Location: London, United Kingdom

The Team: The team is responsible for managing all non-commercial aspects of BRST customer relationships in EMEA, ranging from end-user support & training to strategic engagement on new releases, initiatives and product offerings. The BRST business segment comprises a unique set of workflow and data solutions and in EMEA we have a broad and diverse client base including some of the region’s largest banks and financial institutions. We place great emphasis on building and maintaining strong client relationships. We collaborate closely with Client Success teams in other regions and with other departments including sales, product strategy, product development and technical support.

The Impact: Client Success is a critical part of our organization as we play a central role in ensuring that each customer has an excellent experience working with our company and our products. Ultimately, our work is a primary driver of revenue growth for the firm. We are also the eyes and ears on the ground with our customers and other teams rely on the feedback and intelligence we gather. The intern will learn about what we do and will support us in our efforts.

Responsibilities



Learn the business needs and main use cases for our products and the financial markets they serve

Learn the core features of our main products and deliver a demo on each product

Help to manage our customer support queue and respond to client queries

Help with internal reporting, ad hoc tasks and project work



What We’re Looking For:Key qualifications:

Currently studying for a degree

Proficiency in MS Office applications



Soft Skills:

Interest in exploring a career in financial markets and/or FinTech/data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident and friendly manner
