Job Description

An opportunity has just become available to join an established and well respected firm as a Commercial Property Paralegal based at their Skipton or Keighley office.

My client is an award-winning law firm recognised by the Law Society's Lexcel standard, who are reaching out to Commercial Property Paralegals who have upwards of 12 months experience working within a similar role.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will work on a mixed caseload consisting on commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors. You will work alongside two Directors, a Trainee Solicitor and several support staff to ensure the firms long-standing and loyal clients are given the best care possible. You will also have the opportunity to be apart of the departments business and marketing developments to ensure further growth of the department throughout the regions.

To be considered, you will have previous commercial property paralegal experience working within a similar role.
