So what’s the job all about?
Our Bakery Trainer roles at Samworth Brothers won’t hang about for long. That’s because the people who’ll apply for them are full of energy and lightning quick.
They are responsible for conducting inductions for all new starters to the business and delivering all SOP/SSOW training across all bakery’s operational areas. They respond to requests and conduct competency assessments and sign off for process training for all colleagues. Our Bakery trainers also deliver amendment training because of changes to procedures and support to new starters to assist their transition into the business.
- Night Shift : Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 (£505.60 p/w)
- Night Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 22:00-06:00 ( £499.53 p/w)
