Key Responsibilities

• To provide a professional service within the Warehouse / Stores area at all times.
• Process all parts / products on the associated call and that each part of the process is correct
• Unload and load vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Process any and all parts to the correct department efficiently
• Answer all phones and emails in a timely manner.
• To learn any software or program necessary to perform his duties in the Warehouse
• Be computer literate on all screens / processes involved with a stores role.

Key Skills / Requirements

• Previous experience of working in a busy Stores / Warehouse department
• Ability to deal with all enquiries either by phone or email in a professional manner
• Be computer literate on all screens / processes involved with a stores role.
• Work flexibly, either alone or as part of a team.
