Job Summary
Are you an experienced Production Planner currently working within a manufacturing/engineering environment looking for a new opportunity with ample future career progression?
Working for SLB a global leading provider of technology and services to the Oil and Energy industry. This is an exciting, rare opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to work in a fast-paced agile environment. You will be solely responsible for the timely organisation of a product line, taking ownership of your own area you will liaise with multiple departments ensuring the production is in line with KPI’s and delivered to a high standard.

Your daily tasks will include:
Work closely with multiple departments during all stages of the production process including factory order, handling material availability, working with production and capacity planning as well as Quality documentation and logistics to guarantee an organised punctual process.
Create and issue weekly production plans to production setting out MRP requirements.
Support Production Manager in resolving production issues causing work stoppages.
Meet company quality requirements and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Requirements:
You must have previous experience of working as a Planner within a production, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with proven experience of liaising with multiple stages of the supply chain.
Must be able to engage and motivate effectively at all levels on a regular basis including presentations, meetings and via written documentation Experience using MRP systems such as SAP preferred.
Strong initiative and proactive approach to work.
