Purpose



This role specialises in managing the day-to-day running of our information and advice services both online and offline and their ongoing development, including front-end websites, applications, and the helpline. Information and advice content is mainly derived from imports from brand owners and advice written by external specialists but there will be the expectation that you can create ad hoc content to support the entire Occupational Health offer and the advertising campaigns.



Essential:

You will have:

Undergraduate in business studies, marketing or equivalent

Experience of involvement in supporting marketing campaigns and producing copy

Ability to act as an external spokesperson in this specialist field, raising the services profile and securing engagement with key stakeholders

Good administration and organisational skills with understanding of using office and CRM systems
