BOH Supervisor

We are offering a position for an experienced back of house supervisor in our busy branch located at the McarthurGlen designer outlet.

The position is a basic pay of £10.50 per hour + bonus, including early shifts, night shifts and weekend work.

The perfect candidate would have some experience in a similar role, and be able to work flexibly throughout the week.

Job duties include:

• Opening and closing the business to a high standard, keeping in accordance with company guidelines including food safety and cleanliness.
• Be able to lead a team of up to 30 team members in a busy work environment.
• Look after their own area of the business and deliver a high standard of work.
• Support management in driving the business towards specific goals.

Shift Patterns:

Shift patterns vary from week to week, with no two always being the same - this includes:

7AM - 4PM

12PM - 9PM

4PM - 23:15PM/00:15AM

12PM - 23:15PM/00:15AM

The shift patters stated are guidelines, and on some occasions the right candidate may have to stay later/start earlier dependant on the business' needs.
